By registering a domain, you agree to comply with these rules. EnrootHost acts as a reseller/registrar, and the ultimate ownership of the domain rests with you, provided that all renewal fees are paid on time.
All services are billed on a prepaid basis. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date and that all invoices are paid on or before the due date. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your services. Late fees may apply for overdue invoices.
In no event shall EnrootHost, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
